Francine Bailey

Francine Bailey practices in the areas of business litigation, employment law and employment litigation.  Ms. Bailey counsels clients in employment matters including employment contracts, severance agreements and workplace disputes.  Ms. Bailey represents clients in state and federal trial courts, and in arbitration and mediation of matters involving discrimination claims and business disputes.  Ms. Bailey was admitted to both the State Bar of Wisconsin and the State Bar of Illinois in 2006.  Ms. Bailey is an active member of the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Wisconsin, and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2007.  She is also active on the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Diversity Outreach Committee, where she has assisted in the planning of the annual Diversity Counsel Program.  Additionally, Ms. Bailey is a member of the Young Lawyers Division of the American Bar Association, and has been appointed to the YLD National Conference Team, as well as a former Minorities in the Profession Committee Scholar.

Francine Bailey received her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin.  While there, she was elected as the Corresponding Secretary of the Black Law Students Association, as well as the Vice President of Social and Professional Development for the Women Law Students Association.  She was also an editor for the Wisconsin International Law Journal.

Prior to joining The Bellows Law Group, P.C., Ms. Bailey worked as a Staff Attorney for Safeco Insurance Company, concentrating in the area of insurance defense litigation.  Ms. Bailey successfully resolved cases through mandatory arbitration, mediation, and trial.
